First of all, only a edited quotes Yahoo News. It is even less reliable than CNN, MSNBC, or THE VIEW. Liberals here have proven they have the brains of a bag of hammers anyway.

Secondly, i already posted the Florida law that was signed by Governor DeSantis, shortly after the Supreme Court affirmed the CONSTITUTION and overturned Roe. Here is the link.

So if there IS some preacher, priest, rabbi or imam who preaches to women that they should not kill their babies after 15 weeks, that is hardly encouraging a crime. If you and those idiots at YahooNews want to make a case that there are ANY preachers, priests, rabbis or imams who would preach that a healthy woman get an abortion after the 15 weeks. You'll have to provide proof.

So far, you just have a bunch of ambulance chasing lawyers who have provide ZERO testimony of such preaching from any preacher, rabbit, priest or imam.

Has any clergy member been arrested for preaching?

We'll wait. By all means, produce the proof.

By the way, the Florida law is pretty moderate. There are those on the extreme right who want to outlaw all abortions and designate all life as beginning at conception. There are left wing states like Colorado who have passed abortion laws allowing this murder for nine months, maybe a few days longer.
Florida gives a mother a choice at 15 weeks. And that choice is extended to save the life of the mother.
Also, Florida will not prosecute mothers for hiring doctors to kill their babies. Doctors who perform illegal abortions face third degree felony charges.
Personally, I wouldn't have these doctors prosecuted at all, (Just makes their lawyers rich). I would go for their immediately losing their license to practice medicine.

That will prevent the butchers from violating Florida's moderate abortion laws.

Actually, you need to read the Constitution.

And if the right to abortion is a deeply held religious belief the government has to respect that.

There is NOTHING religious about baby killing. It's basically the HOLOCAUST performed on babies instead of Jews.

By the way, boys and girls, ONCE AGAIN the INTOLERANT, ANTI AMERICAN LEFT has decided to give the democratic process the finger and try to win an abortion victory in the courts.

Florida's voters have decided we want SOME babies to live. And the PRO BABY KILLER can't stand that. So they shop for a judge so they can kill more babies.
