Why? McSwain lied. He was not told not to investigate. He was told to share that info with the state. Of course, he implied that meant he was not to pursue the information.
Barr didn't tell him to pass it along. Donaghue did.

1. The video of the day at State Farm Arena shows the ballot containers were placed under the table about 30 minutes before they were pulled out again to be counted.
They were put under the table because of the overflowing urinal on the floor above that had happened the previous night. Nobody told observers to leave.

Likewise, the video from Detroit shows people in the hallway were banging on the windows and shouting "stop the count" as if it made sense to stop counting before all ballots were counted. They were also taking video and pictures of the workers inside the room. That was illegal.

The way to know what happened, is from what the Republicans who were told to leave say. They say they were told to leave.

Where is a link to those poll workers being told to leave? The video of the carriers being taken out from under the tables is conveniently edited to cut where they were placed under the tables about 30 minutes before that.
Where is the evidence that they were not legal ballots? Oh...there is none. You assume because they were under that table that proves fraud. It doesn't. Those were ballots that had been validated before being separated from their envelopes. Signatures, addresses and serial numbers had all been validated.
Barr says that is a lie. Donaghue says it is a lie. You believe what you want.

You continue to argue the few minutes of the video showing the ballot carriers being removed from under that table. You ignore that the carriers were placed under there at 10pm and pulled out again about 30 minutes later.

I guess it never occured to you that there is something wrong with Republicans being told to leave, and then after they're gone, Democrats grab ahold of ballots that had been hidden when those Republicans were there. Give us a break.
