For those that say Non-Americans can't/don't vote or get welfare

Sounds like Washington needs to update their procedures. Whether the state automatically registers ineligible people or not, they aren’t allowed to vote.

Yup. An embarrassing bureaucratic snafu. Maybe if the elections office had a bigger budget these sorts of mistakes could be avoided.
Since you're doing MAYBE'S
Maybe if leftist didn't register them to vote when they get ID;s or Driver Licenses
they wouldn't need a bigger budget.
Strange, you want to eat the rich while thinking More Money will fix all!

Yes, less money for the rich, more for public services to the poor. Hello?

Why shouldn’t we make it easy for citizens to vote?

It never ends. Remember, Democrats are lying if their lips move or their fingers type.

What the Judicial Watch started off trying to prove was that there had been millions of illegal votes. They failed. They found that there were voter registration records that had not been cleaned up. People had moved, voters who had not cast a vote in years and there were voters who had died since the last cleanup. The lawsuit was in 2017.

But there was no evidence that any of these inactive people voted illegally; Judicial Watch itself said most of them are simply "voters who have moved to another county or state or have passed away." And California did not admit any wrongdoing as part of the settlement.

"The Judicial Watch settlement provided no evidence of fraud whatsoever," said Rick Hasen, an expert in elections law and a professor of law and political science at the University of California, Irvine.

There is ALWAYS “nothing to see here” if it serves Democrats politically. Every time, it’s “aww shucks…your really reaching” type garbage.
When you conveniently ignore the facts in favor of implying something completely false...yes, you are really reaching. I posted the requirement for citizenship to be verified.

If you vote you vote for the Rich
topic is not citizens
it's NON citizens
Check our Constitution
The Constitution does not in any way prohibit states from allowing noncitizens to vote as 10 of the 13 states did at the time of its adoption. But Washington does not in fact allow them to.

I brought up citizens because taking away opt-out voter registration of citizens when they got driver’s licenses would make it harder for citizens to vote.

This is a Washington state House bill from 4 years ago, not a law. There's nothing in this PDF to show if it even passed the house.

The last I heard, no state requires proof of citizenship for voting in federal elections.

All depends on how you define "allowed"
Definition 1 - they are not allowed to vote, as far as the paperwork says that
Definition 2 - they are being allowed to vote, by ignoring the paperwork, and just going ahead and voting, with no requirement to show proof of citizenship.
