Frederick Douglass Statue Ripped From Base

Honored by Ignorant Communists. Anyone who actually reads his words- he would be considered a Classic Liberal- leaning to Libertarian.

His statue was taken down by leftist Anarchists who didn't have a clue whom he was.

Ignorance from our Public Education system has done this.
Supported Radical Reconstruction? Supported public education? Supported affirmative action? Supported women’s rights? For his time he was a radical leftist.

Do you have any info on exactly who did it and not just your wishful thinking? Seems to make more sense that right wingers would attack a statue of an abolitionist.
Why? Virtually all abolitionists were conservative Republicans.

This is the work of your fellow Democrats, the historical (and modern, in some cases) slave owners, slave traders, and KKK members.

abolitionists were liberals...democrats were conservatives....

preventing change is a conservative trait. slavery is good for business...a conservative opinion, not a liberal one.

That all started to change in 1964. Who shows up for republican (read RIGHT WING) rallies...the KKK.

Ah, 1964, the year your fellow Democrats tried to filibuster the Civil Rights Act (again) Good call.

No abolitionists were conservatives. They were almost all Republicans, at least in the late 1850s and early 1860s, but they were the radical left wing of the party.

Liberals like Lincoln were dragged kicking and screaming into supporting abolition by the radical left.
