I wish that this was the case. I checked out Snopes before I posted it. It appears to be all too real.

This woman has no idea who she is, where she is or what she is doing - she's being propped up like a mannequin and has no idea of what she is even voting on. The people on her staff should be charged with crimes and the Senate should remove her for cause if she will not resign.

Until she decides to resign they need her votes on the judiciary committee. They will act accordingly. Same reason why all Republicans, even those who previously condemned Santos and urged him to resign all voted not to toss him out of congress the other day.

And as much as I personally think Santo’s is not a representation of who we want in such a position. I do agree with his statement:
”There is a procedure. You can’t be judge, jury, and executioner. I have a right — a constitutional right — to defend myself, and I will do that,” Santos said.
As for Feinstein, once again I am disgusted with what is happening with her and I see it as a form of mental elder abuse. It is pathetic.

She should bow out with what little bit of credibility she has left. Newsome can appoint another person quickly then we can move on to DeSantos. Her retiring doesn't give the GOP/right wing any advantage, it actually hurts them as more judges and such will be appointed but it will make the cultists happy.
