Those were absolutely the good old days -- mainly because we were much younger then.Ahh, the good ole days. I remember showing Dawg how to post links there.

I think you were talking about Today's Papers earlier. I liked that and the Today's Papers board in The Fray. I remember a poster named Bruce who was really good.Actually, I remember many nicknames I didn't mention.
That's the one...I think you were talking about Today's Papers earlier. I liked that and the Today's Papers board in The Fray. I remember a poster named Bruce who was really good.
There was also a guy whose name was Wolf something. That's the one...
I do remember that nickname as well. He was really sharp, I agree.
Another one, I forgot to mention also was MaryAnne. She was very clever, witty and fun.
She drifted away to another forum, and it was a loss to our PJ forum.
I remember another poster, Terrortunes or something close to that.
There's a chance they are still here posting under another nic.
Nestor was another good poster... so many have wandered in and wandered out, it's hard to remember them or to keep all of them straight.
Sorry, MV, I don't remember that name. There was also a guy whose name was Wolf something.
Hey @Sickofleft , do you remember Wolf? There was also a guy whose name was Wolf something.
I was baltimore aureoleJust wondering how many of us are left that migrated here from The Fray? Y'all realize it's been a little over 11 years since the plug got pulled at The Fray? I remember the frenzied posting the last day or 2. Nobody knew exactly when the plug was gonna be pulled and everyone was trying to be the one to get the last post in. My recollection is that Bugsy got the last word.
We've been through 3 POTUS and 3 midterm elections since then. Unreal huh?
What was your nickname in The Fray? Mine was BD. I'm not too imaginative when it comes to posting nics.
I remember that now. Creative nickname. I was BD. Not so creative.I was baltimore aureole
I remember someone explaining to me how to space and indent paragraphs. Before that, all my posts were one paragraph. Nothing bad about that. I had to learn to keep it brief and get to the point. You still don't see me posting walls of text in forums like these.Ahh, the good ole days. I remember showing Dawg how to post links there.
turned 63 back in September, so I get to call you an old man!Yep. I was 42 when I started this message board crap. Turned 64 a couple of weeks ago.
I remember you! But it's not hard knowing the way you write...I was baltimore aureole
A good thing.turned 63 back in September, so I get to call you an old man!
yeah, I was "Days" on the fray, why change a good thing?
I was the same way. I was corrected fast by those that could write better than me- which was a lot.I remember someone explaining to me how to space and indent paragraphs. I also remember that you had to have a hotmail account to do private messaging or something like that. I didn't know how to set up a hotmail account. I think marylb or Shelia walked me through that.I was the same way. I was corrected fast by those that could write better than me- which were a lot.
Yes, Yahoo Messenger on AOL. A long story that I won't get that much into, but my structure of writing was so bad that I got called out. It was right after 9/11. What was so strange is the fact that I was so pissed and going off on any Muslim on that platform trying to defend him/herself by pointing out that most Muslims aren't alike while condemning that tragedy.I also remember that you had to have a hotmail account to do private messaging or something like that. I didn't know how to set up a hotmail account. I think marylb or Shelia walked me through that.
