Hey Texans,
I have a plan for you. Wherever you are, find Interstate 10 and head west. When you run out of road, take a right on Pacific Coast Highway and drive 27 miles north to this spot. The sign says no parking form 10:00 PM until 5:00 AM, but if you have a Texas plate and explain that you and your family are fleeing the freeze and power out, I am sure that if a Ventura Sherif did show up, he would let you stay...Being liberals and all..This pic was taken real time February 17, 2021, 2:12 PM. It is a little chilly, 64 degrees, but quite pleasant. Bing some beach chairs, towels, a football or a couple baseball gloves, a little Webber grill and an ice chest. That and a little gas money and money for food...You can stay as long as you like...
