The question should be removed. If drug usage is a factor then let's require a drug test and not self incrimination.

As I understand it, A court has already tossed a case against another individual and ruled the question unconstitutional.

If Hunter had simply bought the gun from a private seller there would be no problem...since most states do not require a background check on a private sale. Are you in favor of universal background checks? I am.

I'm in favor of national requirements, instead of a patch work of state and city rules that are only good up to the border.
