I charge treason - a High Crime and Misdemeanor

Trump committed real crimes. He withheld a congressional appropriation without notifying congress...He broke a law by doing so.
He ordered federal employees to ignore congressional subpoenas from the House committee investigating. That was obstruction.

The republicans failed to look past loyalty to the RNC. Simple lack of courage.

Trump told a mob that the election had been stolen. He pushed that lie, undermining the electoral system and democracy itself and he did it for two solid months, failing completely in over 60 court cases to establish any credibility at all and then finally instructing the VP to decertify the election so that the republican legislatures in several states could violate their own state constitutions to appoint party hacks as electors.

That failed so he paid millions for a rally on Jan 6th and instructed members of his campaign staff to organize it. Once his mob was assembled he told them to go and fight like hell to keep him in power.

Once again the republicans failed to show any courage or loyalty to our democracy and ran away from convicting him.

You pretend that BIden has transported illegal immigrants into the country or encouraged them to cross illegally. He has not.
You ignore the Wilberforce legislation that allows someone to request asylum in this country. Transportation has been for those awaiting hearings on their request for asylum. Not for illegal purposes.

Truth is an alien concept for you. Don’t even mention the word.
Who made you the truth teller. The arbiter of fact. Pretty funny to watch you put on and carry the mantle of truth teller. And it doesn't even look heavy for you. You carry it with such ease. Who's the designer, Versace? Wang?

I, a citizen of these United States, charge President of the United States of America, JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN Jr., with treason. For not defending the borders of our nation and for bringing and harboring certain aliens. He is a law breaker. Is there a second?

§ 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings
to or attempts to bring to the United States in
any manner whatsoever such person at a place

regardless of whether such alien has received
prior official authorization to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States and regardless
of any future official action which
may be taken with respect to such alien;
(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the
fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains
in the United States in violation of law,

any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of
the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph

(B).

of subparagraph (A), or of clause (iv) of subparagraph
(A) except where a person encourages or
induces an alien to come to or enter the United
States, for a religious denomination having a
bona fide nonprofit, religious organization in
the United States, or the agents or officers of
such denomination or organization, to encourage,
invite, call, allow, or enable an alien who is
present in the United States to perform the vocation
of a minister or missionary for the denomination
or organization in the United States
as a volunteer who is not compensated as an employee,
notwithstanding the provision of room,
board, travel, medical assistance, and other
basic living expenses, provided the minister or
missionary has been a member of the denomination
for at least one year.
(2) Any person who, knowing or in reckless
disregard of the fact that an alien has not received
prior official authorization to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States, brings to

who has been deported or otherwise expelled
from the United States, or is otherwise unable
to testify, may be admitted into evidence in an
action brought for that violation if the witness
was available for cross examination and the deposition
otherwise complies with the Federal
Rules of Evidence.

with the Attorney General and the

You can’t seriously contend that you and your fellow Trump cultists have any familiarity with truth. Sheesh, the central tenet of your cult is Trump’s Big Lie. If you ever agree to deprogramming you might regain a familiarity with reality.

Prosecution of people who smashed windows And doors, attacked police And attempted to overturn an election is not a political one...those are real violations of real laws.
Prosecution of people who riot, burn buildings and businesses and attack cops, and innocent people are real violations of the law but we don't see liberals locking up antifa and BLM rioters for 9 months or prosecuting them for their crimes.
