I charge treason - a High Crime and Misdemeanor

reason10

Governor
I, a citizen of these United States, charge President of the United States of America, JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN Jr., with treason. For not defending the borders of our nation and for bringing and harboring certain aliens. He is a law breaker. Is there a second?

§ 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(1)(A) Any person who—
(i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings
to or attempts to bring to the United States in
any manner whatsoever such person at a place

prior official authorization to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States and regardless
of any future official action which
may be taken with respect to such alien;

(A)(i) or (v)(I) or in the case of a violation of
subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), or (iv) in which the
offense was done for the purpose of commercial
advantage or private financial gain, be
fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than
10 years, or both;
(ii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph
(A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title
18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;
(iii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph
(A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) during and in
relation to which the person causes serious

(C) It is not a violation of clauses 1 (ii) or (iii)
of subparagraph (A), or of clause (iv) of subparagraph
(A) except where a person encourages or
induces an alien to come to or enter the United
States, for a religious denomination having a
bona fide nonprofit, religious organization in
the United States, or the agents or officers of
such denomination or organization, to encourage,
invite, call, allow, or enable an alien who is
present in the United States to perform the vocation
of a minister or missionary for the denomination
or organization in the United States
as a volunteer who is not compensated as an employee,
notwithstanding the provision of room,
board, travel, medical assistance, and other
basic living expenses, provided the minister or
missionary has been a member of the denomination
for at least one year.
(2) Any person who, knowing or in reckless
disregard of the fact that an alien has not received
prior official authorization to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States, brings to
or attempts to bring to the United States in any
manner whatsoever, such alien, regardless of
any official action which may later be taken
with respect to such alien shall, for each alien in

imprisoned not more than one year, or both;

advantage or private financial gain,
(iii) an offense in which the alien is not
upon arrival immediately brought and presented

nor more than 10 years, and for any other violation,
not less than 5 nor more than 15 years.
(3)(A) Any person who, during any 12-month
period, knowingly hires for employment at least
10 individuals with actual knowledge that the

violation, and any property traceable to such
conveyance or proceeds, shall be seized and
subject to forfeiture.
(2) Applicable procedures
Seizures and forfeitures under this subsection
shall be governed by the provisions of
chapter 46 of title 18 relating to civil forfeitures,
including section 981(d) of such title, except
that such duties as are imposed upon the
Secretary of the Treasury under the customs
laws described in that section shall be performed
by such officers, agents, and other persons
as may be designated for that purpose by
the Attorney General.
(3) Prima facie evidence in determinations of
violations
In determining whether a violation of subsection
(a) of this section has occurred, any of
the following shall be prima facie evidence
that an alien involved in the alleged violation
had not received prior official authorization to
come to, enter, or reside in the United States
or that such alien had come to, entered, or remained
in the United States in violation of
law:
(A) Records of any judicial or administrative
proceeding in which that alien’s status

the United States or that such alien had
come to, entered, or remained in the United
States in violation of law.
(B) Official records of the Service or of the

Rules of Evidence, the videotaped (or otherwise
audiovisually preserved) deposition of a witness
to a violation of subsection (a) of this section
who has been deported or otherwise expelled
from the United States, or is otherwise unable
to testify, may be admitted into evidence in an
action brought for that violation if the witness
was available for cross examination and the deposition
otherwise complies with the Federal
Rules of Evidence.
(e) Outreach program
The Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation
with the Attorney General and the
Secretary of State, as appropriate, shall develop
and implement an outreach program to educate
the public in the United States and abroad about
the penalties for bringing in
I'll second that.
And the incoming Kevin McCarthy Republican House can write up the impeachment papers.

reason10

Governor
Trump committed real crimes. He withheld a congressional appropriation without notifying congress...He broke a law by doing so.
He ordered federal employees to ignore congressional subpoenas from the House committee investigating. That was obstruction.

The republicans failed to look past loyalty to the RNC. Simple lack of courage.

Trump told a mob that the election had been stolen. He pushed that lie, undermining the electoral system and democracy itself and he did it for two solid months, failing completely in over 60 court cases to establish any credibility at all and then finally instructing the VP to decertify the election so that the republican legislatures in several states could violate their own state constitutions to appoint party hacks as electors.

That failed so he paid millions for a rally on Jan 6th and instructed members of his campaign staff to organize it. Once his mob was assembled he told them to go and fight like hell to keep him in power.

Once again the republicans failed to show any courage or loyalty to our democracy and ran away from convicting him.

You pretend that BIden has transported illegal immigrants into the country or encouraged them to cross illegally. He has not.
You ignore the Wilberforce legislation that allows someone to request asylum in this country. Transportation has been for those awaiting hearings on their request for asylum. Not for illegal purposes.
All of that is a LIE, and you know it is a lie.

The market seeks the lowest cost option in the moment. It takes farsight for the market to R&D new tech. They are now doing it. Illegal aliens can go home now and the R&D will only accelerate to implementation.

Yes, most bosses suck because many workers suck and that's were they are often pulled from. The really useful bosses with the really useful workers get along with each other and highly value each other. Leaves you thinking that the majority of communists workers really aren't all that good when they complain about bad bosses all the time.
The class of “bosses” (investors … not managers who suck because they express the investors’ will) suck because they don’t contribute to production, they just sit back and reap the rewards of others’ labor.

When did El Mozote happen? 30 years ago? I wonder how many human sacrifices the Maya and Aztec indulged in on a regular basis and for what varied reasons. I say that Mexico spent decades of mass internal slaughter in the last 150 years or so because the Aztec blood lust wasn't tamed. Still doesn't seem to be for the Maya either when you hear the scale of the blood drench crimes they commit (MS13).
Then, as now, it was about the imperatives of the private property system.

Governor
The class of “bosses” (investors … not managers who suck because they express the investors’ will) suck because they don’t contribute to production, they just sit back and reap the rewards of others’ labor.
And how did they become bosses then?

President
So you think the Maya and Aztec were capitalists? That's convenient.
They weren’t capitalist (they had an antique, slavery-based economic regime) but they still lived in class society with private property. And all class societies have some things in common.

It is if you don't register as one (Hunter). And it is if as a government official you participate in a scheme to defraud the American voter for some Benjamins (Joe).
Hunter Biden is a registered lobbyist.

Meanwhile, if you have some evidence of the “scheme to defraud” feel free to present it.

God of War

Governor
Hunter Biden is a registered lobbyist.
Who Must Register and When

Lobbying firms are required to file a separate registration for each client. A lobbying firm is exempt from registration for a particular client if its total income from that client for lobbying activities does not exceed and is not expected to exceed $3,000 during a quarterly period.

Note: A lobbyist is not the registrant unless he/she is self-employed. In that case, the self-employed lobbyist is treated as a lobbying firm.

Meanwhile, if you have some evidence of the “scheme to defraud” feel free to present it.

As soon as the FBI fabricates it. Oh, wait, they only do that with conservatives. Never mind.
