But I'd be willing to say Gingrich would find ways to bring gasoline prices down without tapping into our emergency reserve.
No President has the power to change gas prices, but a President certainly can do things that will influence gas prices to go down. Obama said before he was elected that under his leadership, fuel prices would "necessarily skyrocket" and on that he is living up to his word. Lucky us.
