Fact is you need a warrant to have probable cause
They knew there was no probable cause
And tried to manipulate and falsify data after the fact
Rosenstein stated as such.
Rosenstein’s words, the FBI “was not following the written protocols, and that significant errors appeared in applications.” It was the Obama administration’s efforts to investigate and prosecute Trump administration officials wasn’t based on facts, but negligence or malice.
