Is this country ready for a Communist as President

Don't we already have a fascist in the WH?

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.
Lets see... Do you think Trump would twitter his complaints or just use his dictatorial powers to get his complaints resolved (think Stone). As far as suppression goes it is all thefty lefty doing the suppression via violence. There is a very long thread hear documenting it. I really don't feel like I'm being strongly regimented by anybody but the lefties who demand I stop using fuel, get my vaccinations, buy health insurance, stop calling people names on pain of violence.... and on and on.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
So the answer is you don't know why.
The reason is that the difference between say, a capitalist and a corporatist, is real - in that a capitalist can hate corporatism (myself being an example); while the difference between a socialist and a communist is basically a distinction without a difference (there are no socialists who "hate" communism).

Read your own definition.

Intelligent people know the answer is 'no'.

We all know whom that excludes here on this forum.

That is hardly an answer. I don't hate republicans....doesn't make me a republican.

I would hope that you would see the early indicators being played out as Trump carries out his revenge for those who dared oppose him.
What distinguishes fascism is not its repression, but its popular, pseudo-democratic nature. Being an authoritarian does not make Trump a fascist. A fascist regime turning into a conservative one is commonplace in history. A conservative regime turning into a fascist one is quite unusual.

Sanders is a Jewish leftist. He’s not a fascist.
Sanders is a socialist communist that honeymooned in Moscow and where their is socialism there's destruction and failure for it's people:

Especially in your beloved Cuba.

You mean for those that tried to fvck him over.
Only in the land of Trump is it an attempt to [Unwelcome language removed] someone over when you testify in events you were a witness to.

So Trump has engaged in payback for those who criticize him...look at all of those he fired simply for their mistake of having disagreed with him. Did Sessions try to f*ck Trump over? nah. Tillerson, John Kelly, McMaster, Bolton,....here ya go, a list of all those people who Trump thinks tried to f*ck him over. Paranoia isn't a concern, eh?

He's a would be violent and murderous dictator of the communist persuasion.

Even Chris Matthews knows he'd be frog marched out to Central Park and shot in the head just above the ear to be piled in the fountain for a good burning.
Just like Trump is a would be violent and murderous dictator of the Nazi persuasion.

Looks more and more like the Dems will nominate Sanders as their guy.

Buckle up buttercup, the race is on...
Sanders is not a Communist. He is a Democratic socialist much like many leaders of some very successful Western Democracies. Trump is a kleptocrat with absolutely no core values Or moral compass. If Sanders is nominated, he will present a stark difference from Trump for sure. I do not think that Sanders will be able to get much of what he would like through congress but at least there will be someone who is actually advocating for all Americans instead of using the White House as a cash cow like Trump.
