a major part of that aid was Javelin missile shipments (ukr already had dozens by time of THE ph call, more were promised)

well, sorry, no, the javelins are prohibited from being deployed to the actual combat zone
they stay in the units of professional volunteer troops loyal to zelensky who are stationed far from the front--like on the border of Poland
