They seem very concerned how Israel fights the war...I've never heard and such concerns about other nations defending themselves. Has anyone insisted that Ukraine's response be restrained and "proportional"?
Hamas hides an arsenal and who knows what else inside a hospital...It would be a very easy thing for Israel to simply bomb the hospital and be done with it. Instead, they go room by room, being careful not to inflict any more damage than they have to, not knowing whom they can trust and who is looking for an opportunity to eliminate an infidel. They get zero credit for that from the haters, who can only find fault in everything Israel does to defend itself and never has so much as a harsh word for Hamas.

Looks like about what you would take off a few, 8 or 9 patients, as you treated them for injuries from the bombing that has killed 15 thousand and wounded an untold number of people. Or maybe what a single sympathetic supporter would have stashed for them.
This is not what you would expect from a command and control center for a military outfit, the way this claim has been built it up to be.

Ukraine isn’t “Jewish” enough to elicit lefty-hate. Israel, on the other hand…why it’s “an apartheid state” (with Arabs in its government) and it presides over “an open-air prison” (which it handed over, gratis, after being attacked). Then…the recipients of that land proceeded to use it as base to launch rockets and assorted attacks on civilian Israelis.
Clearly, the original sin of being a Jew cannot be forgiven by the hateful anti-semite folks.

The history of the Jewish people living in what is now Israel dates back at least to the Bronze age...Clearly, they have a historic claim on their homeland, far more so than any Euro-American has on theirs. That is simply a fact.
If they wanted to obliterate the Palestinians living in the region, they likely could have done so...Instead they have tried to live in peace with them, and some Palestinians have been open to that arrangement. Unfortunately, others have not, in particular the adherents to Hamas, whose attitude towards the Jewish people is not different than that of Adolf Hitler. It was evil then; it is evil now.
Israel has a right to exist. Israel has a right to defend itself. And that they will do, much to the chagrin of those who wish to see them wiped off the face of the earth.
