Israel has no such right to inflict one on Palestinians in order to steal their land and water. I agree Hamas committed war crimes on October 7th; those crimes should be investigated, charged, and prosecuted. I don't think that "misfire" is fully understood yet.
If there were hundreds of casualties resulting from the strike on Gaza's al-Ahli Arab Hospital, no rocket in Palestinian resistance's arsenal has the potential to do that.
