In places where opposing views are acceptable people are perfectly able to make friends with each other. Those who believe they are the only only ones with the correct answers have a more difficult time because they refuse to look at all angles. It really narrows the possibilities.

I liked Jack Dallas too. I also miss Mick. He was an ass hole but it was a lot of fun to piss him off.

Jack was pretty cool. I hope he's doing okay. He authored several books. You can find some of them online.
Many of our musical favorites were the same. One of his all time favorites(singer) was John Denver.

The overarching point is everyone is welcome here. People who can't or won't substantiate shouldn't complain they're being picked on. Instead they should up their game

Actually opposing views don't seem to be acceptable. The problem is opposing sources. The idea of 'support' is cut and paste articles (or at least the links), from specific places that have been shown to mislead, hide information or sometimes simply lie, also known as the MSM. Other sources are simply declared conspiracy theorists and given no credence with no investigation.

It's the same type of thing that caused Elon Musk to buy Twitter. He recognized how the bias kept people from understanding the whole picture on things. If people tried to give opposing views they were cancelled. He wanted to open it up for people to do their own thinking.

For instance...one poster here quoted John Lott's analysis of voting in Pennsylvania. Lott claimed there were more votes cast than there were voters in Allegheny County and in Philadelphia. I produced census data and party registration data from both places. Lott lied.
Same poster quoted Dinesh D'Souza's Mules movie, saying that people had illegally harvested ballots and were paid to do that by some PAC or even a left leaning charity. He did not mention who those organizations were and he did not show evidence of a single fraudulent ballot.

The FBI followed up and identified a couple of the people that D'Souza claimed to be putting batches of ballots into a drop box. It turned out that those individuals were dropping off ballots from family members...perfectly legal.

Sorry, I do not know. Some other PJ members no longer posting here but post on another forum now days could possibly give you an update on Jack.
I do remember Jack relating on PJ, he was having knee replacement surgery. That was quite a few years ago.
He continued posting after his surgery. His recuperation must have gone okay, judging by that.
Eventually Jack might find his way back to PJ.

I hope all is well with him too. We have seen so many of our long time members pass away. It's sad.
We miss them and it reminds us of our own immortality.
