Sobbing on his attorney's shoulder, Robert Palmer, 54, of Tampa admitted in U.S. District Court that he was the man wearing a red, white and blue “Trump” jacket while attacking police protecting the entrance to the Lower West Terrace of the US Capitol January 6.
Palmer admitted that he threw a wooden plank at police, sprayed a fire extinguisher at officers until it was empty and then threw the empty fire extinguisher canister at the line of police.
Sentencing scheduled for December.

Typical winger, refusing to take responsibility for his crimes. Just crocodile tears.

He’ll be shedding real tears when he gets thrown in the slammer.

Palmer will be sentenced by the Judge who's on record meting out stiff sentences for these insurrectionists and chastising other judges who aren't doing the same.

Sounds like a bunch of hooey written by her lawyer. No rational judge would be swayed by her BS. She needs time in the slammer.

Yup. Your linked article confirms that. Only Trump hack judges would go easy on these insurrectionists.

Patriots one and all on both sides of the crowd control barrier. They should look at each other as fighters and warriors can after the fight - as worthy of their family name, as brave.

The scoundrels were all the congressmen who did not show up outside to lead the people by words of conciliation and reassurance. I'm disgusted by the swamp dwellers and those that lay political cover down for them.

Didn’t Trump, the ringleader, have a duty to offer “words of conciliation and reassurance”?

WTF ?

There were the criminals and the cops

You are attacking your own nation in defense of their crimes against this nation.

This is just another reason Deplorables is a fitting title.

No, congress did.
Can you explain your “thinking” on that?

Why didn’t the ringleader - Trump - have a duty to offer “words of conciliation and reassurance”?

And did GOP members of Congress have a duty to offer “words of conciliation and reassurance”?
