What Tucker is presenting isn't news. His interpretation of events is his opinions and nothing more.

No evidence has been submitted to show he did not enter after the mob broke the window...something he was standing near enough to see the breach happen. He then was one of the first to enter through the door that the rioters unlocked.

He then was seen in the Senate gallery and on the floor of the senate chamber...actually in the President's chair. He was filmed yelling at the top of his voice...clearly that was disorderly conduct.

He was part of the disruption of the constitutional process and was found guilty for doing that.

Nothing shown by Tucker indicates he was innocent of the accusations.

If there is a video of him smashing anything we would have seen it by now as they turned this guy into 1A example for the country.....

The charge was not trespassing. If you were standing next to someone who attacked a cop and then, while the cop was unable to respond, walked into a store and robbed it, taking advantage of the attack...you'd be charged as complicit in the attack, as well as the robbery.

Angeli stood by the folks smashing the window and as they climbed in the window, committing the violent entry, when they unlocked the door he illegally entered the building....disrupting the constitutional process underway.

Snippets which show Angeli illegally entering the building, walking to the Senate chamber and illegally disrupting the count of electors....but don't show when he was being escorted out.

I'm not the one that has trouble with large words. Just because there's some snippet of a video of the guy walking around the hallway doesn't mean he didn't do the rest of the shit he did. Like I told you before some guy murder somebody, he's not exonerated because he's shown on video 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after walking around not murdering people. That's just plain stupid.

What do you think the video Tucker showed is evidence of? That Angeli was not disruptive for some period of time...not that he hadn't knowingly entered the restricted building nor that his access to the Capitol wasn't disruptive to the process of counting votes.

To actually address your question, I don't believe Trump did lose the 2020 election at least not a free and fair one.

I beleive and there is a "shit ton of evidence" to suggest that the FBI directly interferred in that election, I don't believe the elections in PA, WI, GA or AZ (who just stole another one) were legit.
