The prosecution did not even get a chance to produce any discovery. His lawyer copped him out before it even got to that stage even though he was out on bail. That lawyer should be disbarred. Tucker’s 42,000 hours turned out to be a big bust. He showed 4 minutes of footage most of which had already been seen within days of the attack. The guy was just an idiot who was obviously starved of attention and got sucked into the Trump/Guiliani bullshit show. In court he admitted that he was duped by those ass holes and was wrong to be involved in that shitshow. I hope he gets a break and is released, the sooner the better.
