Trump never declared a war on oil, at least not domestic oil. He used his superior business skills and stature of the White House to end the oil war between China and the Saudis, which SAVED American oil producers.

Gasoline was not $3 a gallon in 2020, (except maybe in liberal schitholes like California.)

Depends on where you were. If the national average was $2.63 in January of 2020...are you certain it wasn't over $3 in some places.
