I don't know how "Juneteenth" came t be called that, but it is a very illogical name. Doesn't seem to make any sense. June is a month, and "teenth" is a suffix of numbers that range from 13 to 19. So how do these 2 go together to make a word that has a logical meaning ?
If somebody wanted to have a name for a day when black people were freed from slavery fine. How about "black freedom day" ? Or emancipation day ? Those would address the meaning of the day. But "Juneteenth" ? No. Sounds stupid.
