Yup. Liberty University, now run by Jerry Falwell, Jr., reopened Liberty University against medical advice and, sure enough, doing so led to further spread of COVID-19.

Was that the “Christian” thing to do?

Well, they call it “science” - the Earth is 6,000 years old and man roamed with dinosaurs. And, of course, evolution is a hoax perpetuated by pagans. Climate change? Surely you jest.
