Like a bunch of spoiled brat kids, goofball Democrats are threatening the US Supreme Court, days before oral arguments in a potential landmark abortion case, claiming that a "revolution" will take place if the court overturns the existing precedent from Roe vs Wade. Wednesday's case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, centers on a Mississippi law that clearly challenges Roe by banning abortion after 15 weeks. Oh, so if things don't go according to how YOU want them to be, we should have violence and disruption right, senators ?
For your edification senators, the SCOTUS is partially a result of the FAIR election of Donald Trump, properly elected by the American people, and what they decide, in essence, is thereby the decision of the American people. So instead of waging a revolution, you could kindly leave the country.
New Hampshire Senate Democrat, Jeanne Shaeen said, ""I’ve lived the consequences of the pre-Roe era – I had friends in college who were forced to seek dangerous back alley abortions because women across the country were denied access to critical family planning services. We cannot allow Republican lawmakers to turn back the clock on women’s reproductive health and rights, which is precisely what the Mississippi case seeks to do. It is time to sound the alarm."
As so often is the case, the awful scenario painted by Democrats is a scenario that is of THEIR own minds, and of THEIR own making, and not necessarily a valid one. If women who sought dangerous back alley abortions, had not been so free with their bodies, or had exercised responsible birth control, they would not have needed to have an abortion.
But Democrats want us all to see irresponsible behavior as the norm, the standard, and act like we should all be adjusting to that. That is (like many Democrat "policies") insane. It is time that everyone in this country came to see abortion for what it fundamentally is > the KILLING of a human being. The taking away of a human life.
Democrats say the government has no business interfering in a matter which is strictly between a woman and her doctor. FALSE! The government has every right to interfere, because the matter is NOT "strictly between a woman and her doctor".
It is a matter between a woman and her doctor. AND the PERSON who is getting to be born (represented by the government - in this case, the US Supreme Court)
Want some more opinions on this ? Go into a room full of adults of various ages, all of for whom abortion was considered before they were born, but the decision went against the abortion. Let them tell you how they feel about their lives being taken away, which fortunately for them, didn't happen.
