Trump did the smart thing. New Yorkers are going everywhere and spreading the virus. His threat , I'm sure, was a way to get the fools to think and start doing the right thing. Stupid, do nothing governor Cuomo is the one that should have locked the place down. If Trump does it constitutionally it would be pushing it. No, this is on the lier Cuomo.
