MSNBC is, although Pew--the pollsters--didn't point out that MSNBC doesn't claim to be fair and balanced, but FOX does.
They--MSN--end with a question; who is more annoying, Rachel Maddow or Sean Hannity? I think it depends on your political views. Just asking the question, though, raises questions of false equivalencies, the sort the MSM has been tossing out for years.
