It is not a "closed process" because it is subject to oversight from county and state officials...not just precinct people. All 50 states have their own version of the process, but they are largely the same.

There are observers at every polling place, both from the state and from the parties. The audits are done be EAC certified auditors. The winner is declared by state officials in each state...not by the Wizard.

If you weren't so ignorant of election processes you'd understand how your allegation of ballots that were not authentic ballots is simply stupid.

Ballots are printed with serial numbers embedded in the qcode. If a ballot does not have a valid serial number it cannot be counted. If it is a duplicate ballot number it cannot be counted. In addition invalid numbers would trigger an investigation...there were no invalid serial numbers in any state.

Now...if you were right and somehow someone stole thousands of ballots in the battleground states and somehow marked them for a candidate...

If you tried to get them added to the mix as in person votes then the count of voters who went to the polls in person wouldn't match the number of ballots counted. They also would not match the poll books.

If you tried to introduce them as mail in ballots you'd have a problem with the serial number on the envelope. It would have to match the serial number of the ballot mailed out to a voter. If it did, then you have to worry about whether or not that voter already voted in person or by mail. You'd also have to make sure your signature on the envelope matches the signature on the voter registration.

You spend your time avoiding answering these points...effectively kissing Trump's ass.
