Obama judge writes law that tear gas cannot be used on protesters!!!

As usual the judge just made it up. The first amdt says nothing about using tear gas on protesters. Issues like this should be handled by legislators.

june 6 2020 A federal judge in Denver, Colorado, issued an order late Friday night limiting the use of non-lethal projectiles and tear gas at protests, saying that the protesters’ First Amendment rights were more important than protecting property.

“The threat to physical safety and free speech outweighs the threat to property,” U.S. District Court Judge R. Brooke Jackson wrote in the 11-page ruling released Friday, according to the Denver Post.

Jackson’s ruling was handed down after four protesters filed a lawsuit requesting a temporary restraining order against police actions made with brute force.

The lawsuit filed Thursday in Denver District Court was escalated to federal court.

“I find that plaintiffs have established a strong likelihood that defendant violated plaintiffs’ First Amendment right to free speech,” Jackson wrote in the ruling.

The court has ordered the police at protests to refrain “from employing chemical weapons or projectiles of any kind against persons engaging in peaceful protests or demonstrations.”

The very first words of the constitution after the preamble are " All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress of the united states."

And yet federal judges write laws all the time and have been doing so for decades.

The Right is always right
The First Amendment prohibits the use of government violence to break up peaceful protests. Regardless, tear gas is illegal under the Geneva Convention.
Jesus Christ, your head in the sand? Many of these protests have been violent and fraught with left wing extremists and terrorists.

“Many” protests have been violent. But all protests, regardless of tactics, have been violently repressed due to the government’s ideological disagreement.
In 35 years government hadn't killed 324,000 Blacks, Blacks had killed 324,000 blacks and that # is from 2017, just think what it is now! You're confused of who are the repressors

The police maintain the society that treats Black life as disposable.

It doesn't say that and besides - what qualifies as violence and what qualifies as peaceful protest?
“Congress shall make no law ... abridging ... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

As long as they aren’t initiating violence, the government cannot stop them legally.

Actually, is about peaceable assembly. No mention of protest. If you insist on getting pedantic about the wording. Btw, where is the written petition that was derived from that assembly of the peaceful?

First Amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Trump loses and the courts will get more of the same under Biden.
If Trump loses sooner or later there will be actual civil war. Look how the left rioted and looted on a false pretext of systemic racism and with anarchist/antifa forces of violence, often praised by CNN and MSNBC, in the lead.

Anybody near the center-left better be afraid of that and vote for Trump
