This is a follow-up to my post from last January requesting votes for favorite current justice. I voted for Sonia Sotomayor but Ginsburg got the most votes with 4. Now it's time to pick your least favorite.
I choose Antonin Scalia. Pretty obvious given my own political preferences. Thomas can be pretty bad as well, but once in a while, especially in cases involving civil liberties, he surprises me. Scalia is almost always bad.
