The protest, organized by a group called Reclaiming Our Time, is one of several that have taken place over the last 20 weeks outside the Albertville Marshall County Courthouse.

Although it is right to remember what Democrats did in allowing slavery from slavery to voting against ending slavery by northern Democrats...But if you are going to do an expose at least get it right.

1. If you are protesting in Marshall County don't show the Winston County Courthouse.

2. Make sure you make known who, Democrats, supported slavery. Marshall was a democrat.

2. Marshall was a Federalist, actually. Something you could easily have Googled before telling people to “make sure you know” something totally false.

1. Why post it|? Not the subject
2. The Federalist party dissovled in 1824 and Marshall was a Justice appointed by a Democratic who worked long after the Federalist Party ended.

Marshall was appointed by John Adams, a Federalist. After the Federalist Party ceased to be politically viable, its members almost entirely became National Republicans and then Whigs.
