Hillary did not delete emails. A technician at Platte River did.Clinton DID indeed destroy emails AFTER receiving a subpoena. That is a fact.

Cuz you say so?
A fact I never denied. But the subpoena was not for “all your emails” and the only emails destroyed were outside the scope of the subpoena, which was unrelated to the already scheduled (for privacy reasons) destruction of emails. Every subpoenaed email was turned over.Clinton DID indeed destroy emails AFTER receiving a subpoena. That is a fact.
That’s what video evidence and witness testimony say.
Negative.A fact I never denied. But the subpoena was not for “all your emails” and the only emails destroyed were outside the scope of the subpoena, which was unrelated to the already scheduled (for privacy reasons) destruction of emails. Every subpoenaed email was turned over.
Funny, why would Clinton need to destroy Un subpoenaed emails with Bleach bit and hammers? Was her yoga schedule that private?A fact I never denied. But the subpoena was not for “all your emails” and the only emails destroyed were outside the scope of the subpoena, which was unrelated to the already scheduled (for privacy reasons) destruction of emails. She wanted her personal emails kept private both to protect her own privacy and that of her correspondents, and to protect her personal safety from assassins and other assailants. Devices being retired were smashed with hammers according to State Department protocols, to prevent national secrets from falling into adversaries’ hands.Funny, why would Clinton need to destroy Un subpoenaed emails with Bleach bit and hammers? So, instead of moving the subpoenaed emails, she destroys the servers with Bleach bit and hammers? She wanted her personal emails kept private both to protect her own privacy and that of her correspondents, and to protect her personal safety from assassins and other assailants. Devices being retired were smashed with hammers according to State Department protocols, to prevent national secrets from falling into adversaries’ hands.

She turned over every email under subpoena, which is not disputed by anyone cognizant of the facts. If she had not, of course, there is absolutely no way the FBI headed by a man who hated her so much he was officially fired for letting his vendetta against her interfere with his professional judgment and the Trump White House which made prosecuting her its chief goal would have let her escape prison. So, instead of moving the subpoenaed emails, she destroys the servers with Bleach bit and hammers?
LOL
The Platte River support tech used bleach bit to erase a single file....which was an extract of Hillary's email. The security document pertaining to digital devices specifies that smashing a smart phone or tablet is the suggested method of destroying it when being replaced.
Unfortunately, you're one of the few people, including those in the FBI, who think so.She turned over every email under subpoena, which is not disputed by anyone cognizant of the facts. If she had not, of course, there is absolutely no way the FBI headed by a man who hated her so much he was officially fired for letting his vendetta against her interfere with his professional judgment and the Trump White House which made prosecuting her its chief goal would have let her escape prison.
Trump campaigned on the promise to “lock her up” but he couldn’t because she didn’t commit a crime. His White House officially determined (when Trump wanted a pretext for firing Comey in a ham-handed attempt to undermine the FBI investigation into Flynn’s security leaks before it implicated Trump) that Comey had to be fired for being so biased against Clinton that he violated his professional responsibilities to gratuitously smear her (which almost certainly changed the election outcome).Unfortunately, you're one of the few people, including those in the FBI, who think so.
She was fortunate that Trump let her go, feeling that any prosecution would be seen as politically motivated after Comey's dog and pony show.
