Aggravated assaultZimmerman committed what felony?
Martin hit Zimmerman first. There was no felony Zimmerman committed.Aggravated assault
After (as recorded on tape) Zimmerman followed Martin. At night. With a loaded gun (a violation of Neighborhood Watch policy. After being told by police not to. With the (as recorded on tape) intent of making sure that he isn’t one of the “[Unwelcome language removed]” who “always get away.” After (as per Zimmerman’s deposition) he tried to hide while Zimmerman searched for him. While Zimmerman was high on drugs. After (by Zimmerman’s admission) he didn’t identify himself, but did reach into his pocket (no doubt leading Martin to think he was reaching for a weapon.Martin hit Zimmerman first.
So it’s totally legal to threaten people with guns? There was no felony Zimmerman committed.
Now you're straight-up lying.
And the bozo British lady you cited thinks American self-defence should be over with by now because we no longer have need to defend ourselves against Native Americans. Are you for real? What a simple and disconnected opinion from the American justice system, and our Constitution.
You think I give a damn what Blacks thought of the Zimmerman verdict?
I'd wish they'd see reason. But then there's this....
A striking poll finding was cited often in coverage of the O.J. Simpson murder trial in 1994 and 1995: Most white people thought the former football star was guilty of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman, while roughly the same proportion of black people thought Simpson was innocent. The racial gap in public opinion was one of many elements of the case...
https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/most-black-people-now-think-oj-simpson-was-guilty/
20% of blacks though OJ was guilty at the time of the trial.
So what do you think of the 80+% number that thought Zimmerman was guilty now? It's absolutely meaningless.
This one is funny...But since you are not a real leftist...I'll just chuckle at your backwards attempt to get Trump elected. The Klan, of course, does not support Antifa, a multi-racial and anti-racist leftist group. They hate all leftists which is why they get along with the Nazis who do the same.
This may be the one and only time you rightwingers sided with a "Mexican"...… Zimmerman and it's only because he shot and killed an unarmed "black" kid.....who you all spent an enormous amount of time and energy trying to say the "black" kid deserved killing.Would it make any difference if that animal were Asian? American Indian?
I would care if that animal was a Kalihari Bushman. He tried to murder an armed man and got what was coming to him. And he proved beyond the shadow of a doubt the value of the Second Amendment.
Zimmerman is alive today because of the Second Amendment. And a future drug dealer and murderer is room temperature.
Only a left wing MORON sees a down side to this.
I'm surprised Trump hasn't invited Zimmerman to the WH to laud him for the killing of an unarmed black kid.Attacking someone and repeatedly slamming their head against a sidewalk has occupational hazards...........getting shot in the process is one of those hazards.
The Klan are openly ultraconservatives, in fact there is not much air between their politics and yours. This one is funny...But since you are not a real leftist...I'll just chuckle at your backwards attempt to get Trump elected.
1. Never seen a black Antifa guy. this sums up Antifa:
The Klan does align with other socialists and am certain that Antifa is just a competing revolutionary...Two of the same.
It was on the local news. I live 150 miles from Orlando. It was one of the reasons why the case against Z was dropped.
He hadn't pulled the gun.
A racist website smears a Black lynching victim. Go figure!False – The media initially reported that Trayvon was suspended from school for five days because he was tardy. That narrative soon changed to the more truthful ten days. However, they missed the reasoning and a little research revealed much more.
Truth – Trayvon Martin was first suspended from school in October 2011 for an incident in which he was found in possession of stolen women’s jewelry and a screwdriver that a schools security staffer described as a “burglary tool,” The Miami Herald has learned.
According to the report, on Oct. 21 staffers monitoring a security camera at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School spotted Trayvon and two other students writing “W.T.F.,” an acronym for “What the f—,” on a hallway locker, according to schools police. The security employee, who knew Trayvon, confronted the teen and looked through his bag for the graffiti marker.
Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described the screwdriver as a burglary tool.
False – Trayvon was a respectful peer and role model mentor.
Truth – Trayvon left a trail of communication from his twitter account that is retrievable via google cache. His screen name was “NO_LIMIT_NIGGA” and his words speak for themselves. You can read 152 pages of his twitter communication at DAILY CALLER.
Basically, Martin was a young punk who made the mistake of trying to kill an armed man. He paid the price. And Zimmerman took out the trash.
Right, so following someone is grounds for murder. The racist right doesn’t care that Martin had every legal right to use any force, up to and including deadly force, to defend himself against an attack that put his life in danger.
Chasing someone down the dark street at night, with a gun, searching for them when they were so afraid they tried to hide, then questioning their presence on the street while reaching “as if” for a weapon, is legitimate cause for that person to defend himself.Right, so following someone is grounds for murder.
You lefties really should learn to keep your violent tendencies in check.
That is a somewhat tainted version of the actual events. But, lets pretend you're not batshit crazy and a liar for a sec. Even chasing someone down is not a grounds for murder, and it's been confirmed that Zimmerman never pulled the gun on Martin, Martin saw it during the scuffle and tried to take it.Chasing someone down the dark street at night, with a gun, searching for them when they were so afraid they tried to hide, then questioning their presence on the street while reaching “as if” for a weapon, is legitimate cause for that person to defend himself.
“Confirmed” by what evidence? If the gun wasn’t pulled, how could Zimmerman have gotten to it when (according to his testimony) he was pinned by Martin and unable to move his arms? That is a somewhat tainted version of the actual events. I know you wanted so badly for Martin to kill Zimmerman, but fortunately Zimmerman was able to defend himself.
Martin saw the gun when he had Zimmerman pinned and was beating his head against the pavement.“Confirmed” by what evidence? If the gun wasn’t pulled, how could Zimmerman have gotten to it when (according to his testimony) he was pinned by Martin and unable to move his arms?
What we do know is that by Zimmerman’s own affidavit, things got physical when Zimmerman reached into his pocket ... for his phone, he claims. But who wouldn’t think that the aggressive, high dude who just got done chasing you and hunting you wasn’t reaching for a weapon?
You’re the one ignoring the facts. If Zimmerman had done as required by Neighborhood Watch and as instructed by police and stopped following Martin, there never would have been a confrontation. If he had left the gun at home, again as required by Neighborhood Watch, there would have been no shooting.Martin saw the gun when he had Zimmerman pinned and was beating his head against the pavement.
You are trying so hard to ignore the facts and make Martin out to be the innocent, but Martin was the aggressor and Zimmerman had every right to shoot him.
The moment you said "If", you lost. The facts came out, Zimmerman was acquitted by a jury of his peers. Cry as much as you want about it, Zimmerman had every right to shoot Martin. You’re the one ignoring the facts. Aggressors do not try to run away and hide from their victims, as Martin did. They chase and hunt them down, as Zimmerman did.
Bottom line: Zimmerman went looking for a fight, got one, and shot the kid he picked a fight with rather than accept defeat. The moment you said "If", you lost. That's a lie too.Bottom line: Zimmerman went looking for a fight, got one, and shot the kid he picked a fight with rather than accept defeat.
Next time, try to keep your fellow Democrats in line, ok?Not much, it seems.
It doesn't appear that he has any kind of a job. Last I read he had a go-fund page on social media because, even though he has made money off his so-called paintings, selling the gun he used to kill his victim, he is desperate for money.
Sitting at a gun show with autographed pictures of himself he was selling to disgusting gun nuts who'd think it was cool to have a picture of a bloated toad that killed an unarmed black kid. *barely 17 and no police record*
He has, since the verdict of "Not Guilty", had quite a few scrapes with the law.
A couple incidents of domestic violence with women he was dating.
Altercation with an old man.
Road rage incident where the "other guy" was prosecuted.
Getting kicked off Twitter for posting the picture of Trayvon after he killed him...on his back with his eyes and mouth open..(yet he claims he didn't know he was dead) Give me a break. I saw that picture...he was obviously dead.
Planting his lard a$$ behind a place of business, sitting in his SUV with his gun, hoping to stop someone from burglarizing the place. That was stopped because the owner hadn't given him permission and he had no right to be there under any circumstances.
He was in some eating establishment awhile back and was bragging to a group of guys sitting at a table, telling them who he was and describing himself as the person who killed Trayvon Martin. One of the men got out of his chair and punched him and then walked out and left. (I have a feeling that guy probably owns a gun or 2 himself, but doesn't believe in using them to stalk and kill teenagers.)
Just a couple of months ago he was barred from a couple of dating services because he was using a ficticious name. Obviously they know he's a slimebag and don't want some innocent woman who's stupid enough to find a guy on a social media site, to suffer the consequences of even meeting this disgusting POS that "some" find it okay to defend and believe his story about killing Martin, although it's been proven that he changed his story more than once and the Medical Pathologist said his "wounds" were superficial and not life threatening.
When you people defend this creep and diss a kid who is now what some disgusting poster referred to as "worm food" think about how you'll feel when he kills again. Maybe next time it'll be a white kid.
