I have a relative on a military base in Germany. I can tell you that it is untrue that Biden is giving Putin a green light.

I think one thing that is clear is that our president does not conduct policy via the media.

Putin knows what Biden is doing and knows how much support Biden has from our Nato allies. Britain and France have moved military aircraft to Poland and nations surrounding Ukraine. Biden has announced 8,500 troops on alert, but that actually started more than a week ago. A number of nations have sent military supplies to Ukraine, including anti-air and artillery. The US sent 200 tons of equipment and ammunition.

All of this hardly speaks to a green light.
