Chipotle is a $5.6 billion company in yearly revenue. Of that $764 million was according to you profit. The cost is $1,509 per share. You say the CEO got $38 million. Chipotle has 64,570 employees. Divide that 38 million by the number of employees and you get $588 more dollars per employee if the CEO works for free. And you're saying that the share holders should get what? Zero dollars for their $1500 investment? Already most businessea pay two thirds of their operating monies in salaries, wages, and benefits.

No, it isn't. The IRS and the bank both are required to do their due diligence on the value of a property. I'm sure when you go to sell YOUR $250K house you tell the buyer its only worth $250K and don't even bother to ask for $280K and see if anybody will buy it at that price point.
