SCOTUS to decide - will we continue to have democracy, or will we have authoritarianism?

This SCOTUS case is flying under the radar, but it will determine the fate of our country. The basic question is whether state legislatures can regulate election issues without regard to the Constitution. In other words, will courts continue to be able to decide whether state legislatures’ election decisions conflict with constitutional principles. Among other things, if the SCOTUS wingers decide this for the GOP plaintiffs, states could decide to completely ignore the actual election outcomes and designate electors who will cast their electoral votes for the losing candidates.

In so many ways, we would lose the enforcement of democratic outcomes and would instead have authoritarianism. It’s all on the line with this case…

How unfortunate for so many to have such a cross conditioned way beyond therapy avoidance - acceptance disorder to continue to maintain this Christian Nation SCOTUS sentence of it's only "one nation under God with equal justice under law" from Islam medical human reproduction fabricated virgin Mary misnomer immaculate son of Allah Jesus the Christ conception precedent with Federal Lynching KKK churchstate of hate suicidal super ego sociopsychopathilogical homicidal human farming enforcement for what has been overtly ongoing for over 50 years including that second coming crusade - jihad of 9/11.

If the Supreme Court is deciding that, we already have authoritarianism. The Constitution is pretty clear that the state legislatures are free to make almost all election decisions as long as they don’t deny the right to vote based on race, sex, poll tax, or age (18+).

Yes, as long as the decisions aren’t unconstitutional. The SCOTUS case raises the question of whether state election decisions can be unconstitutional - immune from judicial review.
