I wonder if the question on the federal form is a violation of the 5th amendment...since it requires the applicant to confess to a crime. The courts have already overturned a conviction for another individual based on that question on the form.

People say lots of stuff Al. Let’s see what they do. My prediction is that Hunter will be convicted of nothing more than he already admitted, if that and will walk just like the deal he already had and there will be no need for a pardon. There will either be trials or plea agreements in the next month or two. Hunter isn’t going to pull any kind of Trump style MAGA stall. He wants to confront this stuff and get on with his life. Another prediction is that if Hunter does not get prison time, you and all your cohorts here will be whining about it. Then we can all look forward to Donny Trump’s trials. Should be an interesting run up to bext year’s election. My hope is that Biden will resign soon and turn it over to VP Harris. It certainly looks like there are enough delusional Trump cultists to hand the GOP nomination too. I really look forward to seeing Kamala get up on stage to debate racist, misogynist, indicted criminal Trump. She will beat him like a rented mule. That’s my vision now.
