Filing a lawsuit on behalf of your client whom you believe to be done wrong is what lawyers do. I haven’t read the document but knowing Hunter’s lawyers, I would guess it does have some merit.
Also, the IRS is an independent agency which does not belong to Biden or anyone else. Same with the FBI, The DOJ and the US Attorney’s Office. There are separation of powers issues involved. The Attorney General and the FBI chief are independent from the President by design.
Otherwise why would the FBI be investigating Biden’s kid and now he is being prosecuted by DOJ and US Attorney’s office? Same with Trump. While he was President his DOJ hired a special council to investigate his campaign and the FBI director that he hired investigated him. See what I mean? They are independent and Presidents cannot legally order them around for political purposes.
As far as I know almost all restaurants in California are open for business. They are not anywhere close to extinction. Your source saying that is totally full of crap. I can assure you that almost every restaurant I know of is still in business.

There is no evidence that Hunter lobbied his father to change US policy and no evidence that Biden did change US policy. Just a bunch of bullshit hot air suggesting that they did. Otherwise after investigating Hunter for 5 years why was he only charged with filing a bad gun application and paying his taxes late? Just because a bunch of lying ass holes in congress and bullshitters on TV say stuff doesn’t mean jackshit. You are saying stuff with nothing reliable to back it up. Read the indictments against the Trump mob. They contain what’s known as primitive facie evidence. I don’t see any of that in your charges against the Biden’s.
