Again, our experience with covid has been middle of the pack wrt the rest of the developed world. So lying that it was the "worst on earth" does little to rehabilitate your shoddy reputation here. If by "following the science" you mean "lokdowns" and "mask mandates" you know as well as I do that both of those have been thouroughly repudiated. But you're too brainwashed to see that even AFTER the fact.
hee hee....middle of the pack!

No one can match your Trump fluffing zeal!

MIT has demonstrated lockdowns had no effect on Covid mortality:

MIT STUDY: Lockdowns Not Correlated With Fewer Deaths - Headline USA

Fauci admitted in an email that he was just bullshiiting us when he (belatedly) claimed that cloth masks were going to help.

Every single one of the large left wing run European nations had as bad or worse outcomes than we did.

When one considers the facts, rather than the left's propaganda, it would seem Trump did about as good a job as could have been expected.

The suggestion that our experience with the pandemic would have been better if Joe Biden (or Hillary) had been the President, is, quite frankly, at odds with the facts.
Nope...it is certainly at odds with your opinions and those of the handful of sources you dig up who agree with you...But then there are also a myriad of experts who disagree with you....and your sources.

Youyang Gu is a data analyst, not a doctor, not an expert in disease. He failed to include factors like population density, which obviously is a very large contributor to the spread...that is why cannot compare Sweden to New York City. That, of course, doesn't stop you...but it clearly makes you look silly when you try to say New York should have adopted the same covid policies as Sweden.

Yeah, I was under the impression that it was an “MIT STUDY”.

Not a non-peer reviewed blog of an engineering graduate FROM MIT.

This is what you get when Reason is your substitute teacher I guess.

On what Joe will say or do when the Wuhan virus death count breaks the 600,000 mark, will he or his useless veep even notice?

Stay tuned.
He is going the say the same thing he has been saying for 6 months now.

GET VACCINATED

The only people in the ER's with Covid are selfish unvaccinated idiots.

No “MIT study” could ever refute the fact that Trump botched our national response to Covid in the worst way imaginable. Indeed, it was the worst response on Earth. Trump’s approach, such as claiming it will just “go away like a miracle,” was the opposite of following the science. But you’re too brainwashed to see that even AFTER the fact.
How so? What scientific evidence do you have?

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.

Who do you think is better prepared to be a data analyst? A "data analyst" or a physician?

So in your "studied" opinion, population density is highly correlated to covid outcomes? If so, wouldn't this:

Look more like a line or bar chart than the inside of a barf bag??

Still waiting on the direct link to that MIT study.
Do you have data that contradicts his findings? If so, post it and we'll have alook see whose data set is more comprehensive. Gu looked at the entire May 2020 to April 2021 timeframe. The only studies I've seen that purport to show lockdowns worked only looked at periods of about 4 months after implementation, that "coincidently" coincided with the summer dip in cases/deaths. None of the "pro-lockdown" researchers will touch the late fall early winter timeframe with a 10,000 foot pole.

Still waiting on the MIT STUDY you speak so much about.
