So you think Republicans are racist?

FakeName

That "all lives matter" negates "Black lives matter". All "black lives matter" says is "black lives matter more" and they don't. The sentiment is racist on its face.
He didn't say or imply that.

I thought you said you watched it?

Maybe actually watch it and get back to me.

Wow...so African Americans vote over 90% for democrats and you think you see racism that they don't? Please explain.
Dinesh D'Souza said it best.

Here’s the bargain that LBJ offered African Americans. We Democrats are going to create a new plantation for you, this time in the towns and cities. On these new plantations, unlike on the old ones, you don’t have to work. In fact, we would prefer if you didn’t work. We are going to support you through an array of so-called poverty programs and race-based programs. Essentially we will provide you with lifetime support, just as in the days of slavery. Your job is simply to keep voting us in power so that we can continue to be your caretakers and providers.

Here’s the part LBJ did not say. We are offering you a living, but it’s going to be a pretty meager living. Basically you get public housing, food stamps, retirement checks every month, and medical care for the poor. If you have children we will subsidize them, provided they are illegitimate. More than this we cannot offer you, because we have to make sure that you stay on the plantation. This means that we need you to remain dependent on us so that you keep voting for us. Your dependency is our insurance policy to make sure that this an exchange, not a giveaway.

In sum, LBJ modified the progressive plantation so that blacks, for the first time, would be treated as constituents, much as the Irish were in the Tammany days. No longer would Democrats directly rip off the blacks by stealing their labor. Now blacks would become partners with Democrats in a scheme to steal from other Americans. Through a variety of taxes, regulations and mandates, those would be the guys paying for the Democratic plantation.

What made the scheme beautiful, from the Democrats’ point of view, is that through the state the Democrats could force even Republicans to pay for their new urban plantation. In fact, the very sufferings that Democrats historically had imposed on blacks would now supply the moral capital for demanding that “America” make blacks whole. Future arguments for reparations and affirmative action would emphasize not what the Democrats did but what “America” did. Now the American taxpayer would be on the hook for correcting the wrongs perpetrated by the Democrats.

It's the same concept. Slave holders (aka Democrats) are harvesting votes instead of cotton.

And SLOWLY, blacks are growing a brain and leaving the plantation.

Conservative activist Candace Owens says she wants to “free” black voters from the decades-long grip of the Democratic Party – and is urging them to support a new movement she’s calling “Blexit.”

“Blexit is a Renaissance,” Owens told Fox News, giving the backstory behind the campaign she launched over the weekend. “Blexit is the black exit from the Democratic Party. It’s the black exit from permanent victimhood, the black exit from the false idea that we are somehow separate from the rest of America.”

So, how does it feel to be a Democrat slave holder, just like your wonderful Democrat ancestors?

No kidding...Dinesh, the ex-con, has some how shown you that blacks didn't have brains until now? Good to know...

Do us all a favor...make sure this gets publicized in a lot of places where African Americans will see just how you right wingers feel about them...and in spite of the fact that the republican party has a very small number of elected officials from their party...I'm sure they'll believe you that they just aren't as smart as you and Dinesh...

Hey, is he still on probation or did Trump give him a pardon and a Medal of Freedom?

How does it feel to speak out supporting a racist like D'Souza?

In 1995 D'Souza published The End of Racism, in which he claimed that exaggerated claims of racism are holding back progress among African Americans in the US; he defended the Southern slave owner, and notes that "The American slave was treated like property, which is to say, pretty well"

Wow....

The biggest problem with welfare is that the benefits aren’t big enough.

We can ask how did the vote for civil rights go? It didn't have support from you

How many Republicans voted for the 13th Amendment?
In the final vote, all 86 Republicans had voted in favor of the Thirteenth Amendment, along with 15 Democrats, 14 Unconditional Unionists, and 4 Union men; opposition came from 50 Democrats and 6 Union men.

So not well and as we all know, a leopard can't change spots and one hundred years later we were still cleaning up your mess as we are today, and before you insert:

1. They all turned Republican but can name just one,

2. The, How many Do you have in the Senate or House?

3 Nixon's solid South or they were "Southern" or we voted for civil rights....

Don't, but think about this:

How is today any different? Democrats run cities and they are the system, and you are out there claiming that it is different, but show outrage and Democrats will be all over you, like they were in 1953 and 1859.

Now you think racism can help you win an election, which means you need racism once again, and thus no real change is ever made. If you want change, put down the racism and start a new party.

Food for thought:

Where is your thread that is about ending racism?

Yes...I thought so.

Your thoughts.
That was 60 years ago.

The biggest problem with welfare is that the benefits aren’t big enough.
Those payments are intended as a safety net....not a lifestyle support. If you want better...get a job or start a business. I started out with nothing, working a minimum wage job and going to school on the GI bill. I now own two businesses and work full time in IT on top of those business efforts. Nobody owes you a living. The lesson we learned in the Great Depression is that when a large number of people can no longer participate in this consumer economy, it hurts us all and creates a downward spiral. So in the interest of stability there is the safety net of programs.
