So let's run the numbers. Iowa has a 10% too low disparity of black population. Therefore, it is too white to be representative of the US. Would it be fair to say then that South Carolina, with a 14% disparity too high of black population, is too black to be representative of the US?
Iowa, with 2.9% African-American population compared with 13% nationally, is probably not representative of the country, but is a good fit for the RNC.
