We had a vaccine for Swine flu and shipped millions of doses in early April...we had only learned of the first case in the US on April 11.

People are not getting hit by trucks in the ICU. Confirmed deaths are those of people being treated for Covid and who have been tested for the virus. Die from organ failure or pneumonia, and yes you are thought to have died from covid.

The "medical racket"? Your characterization of these people is reprehensible. I have a relative in the ICU with covid and can only say that my admiration for those who are caring for him is heartfelt and my disgust for you is likewise.
