Until 2018.

Obama kept his classified documents at Hoffman Estates until then, got a lovely letter from the National Archives instructing them on how to move the documents back.

Membership has its benefits.

As the article shows the unclassified stuff was kept in a warehouse under control of the National Archives employees, classified stuff was kept at a federal facility in Maryland.
