I haven't examined the case enough to form an opinion. The fact that a decent judge appointed by a President elected by the majority of Americans made the decision means that the judge made a decision based on the facts as he saw them.

Trump first tried to overturn millions of votes by court cases that sought to throw out votes in the battleground states. He failed.

John Eastman wrote a plan up to overturn the election by challenging the count of electors.

When Pence repeatedly told Trump that he did not have the authority, under the constitution, to challenge electors Trump called for a wild demonstration on January 6th.

Why the 6th? If the idea was to persuade members of congress to question those elections in the battleground states, wouldn't it have made more sense to have called for a protest in December? The only reason for the 6th was because that was the day of the count. The very last day that the count could be interrupted or changed.

The riot was exactly what Trump wanted. Trump wanted the republican legislatures to illegally have appointed a replacement set of electors and probably hoped the mob would kill or capture Pence or members of congress...

That is why he sat watching on TV for three f*cking hours and did not send reinforcements. No other excuse. When it was obvious that all of congress and Pence had been evacuated and were beyond the reach of the mob...he finally told them to go home...

I've answered your other crap. Nobody spied on the Trump campaign or White House. The info the lawyer took to the FBI about the Russian bank was thrown out as irrelevant and was based on publicly available DNS data and was a goofy interpretation of that data that was ignored by the FBI.

I provided this quote from the opinion above, along with a link explaining the full case:

“This is a voting rights case that resulted in wins and losses for all parties over the course of the litigation and culminated in what is believed to have been the longest voting rights bench trial in the history of the Northern District of Georgia,” Jones wrote.”

The winger dullard ignores that and keeps repeating one sentence from the last part of the case as if the Abrams camp proved nothing and won nothing. The winger lies, as always.

I'll give you one short comment before I stop you from further derailing my thread and the moderators ignoring it. Had Trump focused on the fact that Dem secretary of state's and others had unilaterally fudged election laws in order to benefit Joe Biden and also pursued the fact that Biden and Democrats had used collusion with big tech to influence the outcome the results of those lawsuits would have been much differently. Focusing on voting machines and such wasn't it. That's my last comment on that within this thread.

Now the topic. Based upon the judge's ruling and findings do you agree that Joe Biden and Democrats calling the Georgia law Jim Crow 2.0 was a big fat lie? Yes or no?
