The SCOTUS should recall that Congress already found that Trump incited an insurrection

Huh? That’s a non sequitur. I’m not sure what your point is - that Trump hack Hur went too easy on Biden with his hatchet job report?

Anyway, I outlined the three chief ways Trump has destroyed faith in our democratic institutions. Let me know if you come up with any such conduct by Dems.
As you know Merrick Garland assigned Hur, who to my recollection was retired at that time. Ain't that something.

Democrats run in parallel more or less. Boorish language soft on crime, soft on the border..and so on. It's only that we are in an election year now that they're paying attention to things like that

You have provided critiques of Democrats such as “soft on crime.” My question asked whether you have examples of Dems acting to tear down faith in our democratic institutions, such as the Trump efforts I outlined.

I thought I just said everything around us, 91 trials and counting none of them concluded

First of all there was no "insurrection"

A large, mostly peaceful protest (with a few unarmed, Democrat agent provocateurs - who are also good actors - fighting with cops) doesn't qualify as an insurrection, or anything even close to it.

Secondly, of all the charges against protesters, not a single one of them included the word
"insurrection" ( a leftwing media propaganda word, and nothing more)

Third, Not only did Trump not incite anything, he told his supporter to "PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD", and when the violence began, he told them to go home.
Trump said >> "You have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order."

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-calls-peace-tells-protesters-go-home-2021-01-06/

The claim by Democrats that Trump incited an insurrection, is just another example of their incessant capacity to say anything, to get their way.
He also told them to “fight like hell.” And personally got physical. It was hundreds fighting the police, and no indication any of them were anti-Trump.

Trump cultists like to claim he was surprised his cultists attacked the Capitol. That he didn’t intend it. And they tell that lie knowing he then watched the attack on TV for three hours, refusing to lift a finger to stop it. And after the attack was brought under control, he told his cultists that what they did was understandable, and that he loved them. Like most Trump cultist lies, it’s ridiculous.

sure... it began with russian collusion..and ran all the way through today...91 counts...none adjudicated... a porn star, a civil trial jean carrol, all manner of false statements verdicts across a host of trump clingers....

wait till he is reelected (god forbid, but alas, the crazed have all but assured us of this) and the crazy gop returns the favor....
"russian collusion" is the RNC talking point to discredit a valid investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Given that it was clearly motivated by an attempt to slam Clinton and help Trump, it made sense to investigate whether or not the Russians had been coordinating efforts with the Trump campaign.

The four indictments are going through the process and except for the Judge's efforts to tip the scale in Florida, all seem to me to be above the board.

The civil trial is Trump's own fault. She wrote an article that he chose to publicly respond to with more than just "I'm innocent" and instead defamed her.

Trump has started his administration with an assault on the media. He admitted he was motivated to discredit media that might criticize him. Did you forget the "alternate facts" comment? How about calling media the enemy of our country?

Through what impeachment process? It had nothing at all to do with the first impeachment, was Trump's violation of the Impoundment Control Act.

The second was the DC riot of Jan 6. Again...collusion?

Trump should have been impeached on the basis of the Mueller report, but he wasn’t.

He engages in so much unlawful conduct that it’s easy to get confused and forgetful.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
Your version of events is pretty funny.
1. How many people have been convicted of assaulting the police? Any of them democrats? Feel free to provide names and links to evidence.
2. Your definition of insurrection doesn't match the dictionary.
insurrection noun
an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government

A number of individuals have been convicted of "SEDITION". Guess what the definition of Sedition is....

incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority
Sedition Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster

3. When violence began? The violence started at about 1pm with Oathkeepers attacking the cops and pushing the barrier down.

You quote part of Trump's speech doesn't include this:
President Trump suggested marching towards the Capitol, assuring his audience he would be with them, to demand that Congress "only count the electors who have been lawfully slated", and "peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard". Towards his conclusion, he said "we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore

Remember that Trump started talking at 11:57...Somehow the Proud Boys knew he was going to be sending the mob to the Capitol.

  • 10:30 a.m.: 200–300 Proud Boys started their march down the National Mall towards the U.S. Capitol.
By 1:03 p.m., a vanguard of rioters have overrun three layers of barricades and have forced police officers to the base of the west Capitol steps.
  • 2:11 p.m.: Rioter Dominic Pezzola breaks a window on the northwest side of the Capitol with a plastic shield.[236]
  • 2:12 p.m.: The first rioter enters the Capitol through the broken window in the Senate wing of the building,[236] opening a door for others
Trump tweeted this out at 4:17pm
I know your pain, I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don't want anybody hurt. It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us—from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can't play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You're very special. You've seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace.

Some people can be forgiven for posting false info if done in good faith. You, mr. protectionist, are simply a liar. You've lied about the election repeatedly and been provided the facts and yet you continue to post the same crap. Of course, you never provide a source to back you up...
So anyone who resists arrest is an "insurrectionist?" Check yer authoritarianism, dude.

So a few guys ""urged someone" to commit insurrection. So where is the actual, you know, "insurrection?"

Who was charged with insurrection regarding that?
Trump was. He was charged with inciting an insurrection by the House when he was impeached for the second time. BTW, a majority of the Senate (57 senators) also concluded that he incited an insurrection.

But you don’t care, amirite?
