If only Obama had helped sustain the Green Revolution in Iran instead of killing it in the craddle. Of course the color revolutions in Egypt and Ukraine were the ones he thought were worthy. ha ha

Really, an open debate (for all of America to see) for such a great deal would not have gotten a treaty ratified? Wonder why?
You and I know there would have been no debate. Republicans simply held up legislation in committee if the didn't want a vote.

Obama killed the Green revolution? Making shit up again?

Eventualy would be better than sooner...Trump replaced it with nothing at all.

Republicans didn't want to let Obama to succeed...as long as they could stop him they would.
Tragically, that was the guiding “principle” of Trump and his cult - if Obama did it, it must be reversed. That included simply breaching the Iran deal and replacing it with nothing. One of the many horrible consequences of the Trump era will be Iranian nuclear weapons (unless the damage done by Trump can be undone - a tall order).

I have read the terms of the agreement and it does not matter. Iran NEVER allowed nor were they EVER going to allow inspections of its military bases.
1. You claimed testing missiles was a breach of the treaty. Proving you didn't read it.
2. Why in hell would Iran trust us enough to let us inspect their military bases? We certainly would not allow the Russians to inspect ours.

Do you think our ability to conduct surveillance via satellite or through human intel is unable to determine if a nuclear weapons program is going on?

This entire thread is covered in facts, from Israel to Germany, from Ballistic missile tests. You are blatantly lying about all of this.
Where in the framework agreement does it say that Iran may not test missiles? You said you read the agreement....so did I. There was no restriction on missiles.

The document from Israel does not show what you claim. IAEA inspectors repeatedly reported that Iran was in compliance. You ignore that. Did you actually think the IAEA simply got faked reports from the Iranians and said..."Ok...if you say so"?

Did Iran give up more than 90% of their enriched uranium? Did they disable their reactor that could have produced plutonium? Were their facilities inspected? Did they surrender thousands of their centrifuges?

1) UN Resolution 2231 adopted with the "nuclear deal", I put that in quotes because it was not worth the paper they used to print it on.

2) The questions you ask are blatantly dumb I don't even know where to begin. In order for this deal to ever have any teeth the inspectors needed full access, who the "Iranians trust" (what the actual f-ck????) who gives a shit...... they are the ones who have violated every international deal they have agreed to since 1979 ....it should have been very simple, want your billions in money and assets, let the UN in..... they didn't and yet...... they got the money anyway.....and kept (just like NK) working on their program.......

3) Really, the same intelligence agencies that were shocked when Pakistan tested a nuclear bomb, the same agency whose Director told George W. Busht that it was a "slam dunk" about Iraq............

Yeah totally trust those guys..........awesome......

Obviously you did not read the agreement..again UN Resolution 2231...adopted with the "deal"......a supplemental by any other name......

(Just as a side note, a ballistic missile without a nuke on it, is useless... like a scud missile with a navigation system..... odd that a country in full compliance would feel a need to still test a delivery method for nukes...............)

Everything that the Iranians allowed the IAEA to look out was in compliance, the Iranians knew what they were looking for and showed them exactly that, they were not inspections they were a ruse

And here you go again, you are the only person in the world who knows that Iran gave up 90% of their enriched uranium. Nobody knows that, nobody has any idea how much they had..... accept...... YOU .....because you keep repeating it.....

Call the IAEA, they would like to know, because since they were never able to establish a base line (this is the 10th billionth f-cking time you have been told this) nobody has any idea what they turned over or what it meant over all......

1. The UN resolution was not part of the nuclear agreement. So you lied.
2. George Tenet said Iraq was a slam dunk. Many others, like Valerie Plame, said it wasn't.
3. We trusted the Russians to work with the US to reduce nuclear weapons...."trust but verify"...remember that?

The very reason Iran wants nuclear weapons is related to our invasion of Iraq. We overturned their government in 1953. Were we right to do so?

1. That UN resolution did not prohibit the development or testing of ballistic missiles either
2. Ballistic missiles are frequently used with conventional payloads
3. The JCPOA allowed inspectors access to any site in Iran
4. The IAEA is well aware of how much enriched uranium any country has since they monitor importation and enrichment closely. There is no way, for example, that Iran could’ve had 25% more than they estimated without their knowing. It just wouldn’t be technically feasible.

So the US has no non-nuclear ballistic missile systems?

The agreement was between the J5 + 1 and Iran. Where in the agreement does it say that Iran must comply with other mandates from the UN?

As I have posted to you in the past....do you really think the combined intelligence agencies of those countries negotiating with Iran had no idea how much enriched material Iran had? Would we have taken their word for it? Seems like a pretty idiotic suggestion.

Trump’s own advisers said Iran was in compliance with the deal…

Trump tore it up anyway. And now we have GOP cultists trying to rewrite history.

The usual.

Sometimes I think Sicko doesn't get out much, doesn't vary his source of news (One America or Newsmax) and never questions the idiotic claims of the right.

On ballistic missiles....tell Ukraine that the Russians are not launching them at cities as far away is Kyiv.

Link to saying the deal was breached?
Review @Sickofleft posts in this thread.

There is everything that Phil provided that Israel found and then you have the Germans who busted Iran trying to buy fissile material all while the deal was still in place.......since I know you love facts so much, every time Iran tested a ballistic missile they violated the deal......

Well, the court of public opinion is always wide open. Make the case and put the onus on the Republicans to find the alternate solutions. A treaty would have lasted while an 'agreement' was ripe for failure. McConnell put on the spot to take responsibility would have wilted like the Rino he is.
