Well, the court of public opinion is always wide open. Make the case and put the onus on the Republicans to find the alternate solutions. A treaty would have lasted while an 'agreement' was ripe for failure. McConnell put on the spot to take responsibility would have wilted like the Rino he is.
I love when you pretend you can predict what might have been with such certainty....
You can't even actually see the past with any degree of accuracy.

Review @Sickofleft posts in this thread.

There is everything that Phil provided that Israel found and then you have the Germans who busted Iran trying to buy fissile material all while the deal was still in place.......since I know you love facts so much, every time Iran tested a ballistic missile they violated the deal......
So when did you confuse me with SoL?

Tell a lie long enough and eventually it becomes truth...

1. The UN resolution was not part of the nuclear agreement. So you lied.
2. George Tenet said Iraq was a slam dunk. Many others, like Valerie Plame, said it wasn't.
3. We trusted the Russians to work with the US to reduce nuclear weapons...."trust but verify"...remember that?

The very reason Iran wants nuclear weapons is related to our invasion of Iraq. We overturned their government in 1953. Were we right to do so?
You are like a mail man, accept its not "rain, sleet or snow...." that will deter you its facts, common sense and integrity.....never let those things get in the way of your water carrying and well... outright lying...

UN Resolution 2231 was a supplemental adopted along with the "deal" among other things allowed for a timeline when all nuclear sanctions would be lifted from Iran after compliance with the.."deal"....... this included a ban on ballistic missile testing which among other things they did anyway..

You have repeatedly whined through this entire thread about evidence of Iran violating this deal, you have been shown that repeatedly, busted in Germany trying to buy fissile material, the documentation Israel provided on the whole program.... and your response....

Much like a spoiled 2 year old..... "No they didn't...."

You can also spare me your virtue signaling about why Iran wants nuclear weapons, I don't care why they want them, anyone with a brain and knows anything about them knows full well that they should not be allowed to have them....and this "deal" was a god awful mistake from day 1

The UN resolution was not part of what Iran agreed to....and as such they were not out of compliance with the agreement. Sorry if you don't get that....um...well, not really. You have a way of defying reality.

Now here is a taste of reality for you...
Gantz: Iran ‘weeks from enough fissile material for bomb,’ adding 1,000 centrifuges

Trump didn't try to improve the agreement....he canceled it with no real thought about the impact of the cancellation of inspections. So now they have no barrier to their development of a bomb and are much closer than ever before.

How many days notice did the IAEA have to give Iran to do an inspection?

This will be interesting @PhilFish
Are you kidding? How long would you think it would take to move a stockpile of nuclear material? Could you do it without being spotted by surveillance aircraft or satellites?
Did you know that surveillance cameras were installed at the sites identified as part of Iran's nuclear program?

Whether you're talking election security, universal gun registration and now the state craft of deceit you come off as naive. Everything it rat trap tight for you. ha ha

Why would the Iranians want so many days advance notice? Ask yourself that.

You have not shown a link to a requirement for advance notice. There is nothing in the text of the J5 agreement.

Really ...WEEKS!!! OMG!!!!!!!!

They have been stock piling everything they needed all along, again the Germans busted them trying to get more Fissile Material LONG BEFORE TRUMP was President, LONG BEFORE Trump rightfully shit canned this deal........

You keep posting this hyperventilating bullshit from the Ben Rhodes handbook.......

Resolution 2231 was addendum to the deal and Iran was subject to it... maybe you should have someone explain it to you......

Maybe you should prove it was part of what Iran agreed to.

1. The Donbass is disputed territory with majority Russian speaking people - it wasn't Russian troops Kyiv was fighting there, it was separatists.
2. Putin has been clear all along that he'd never let Ukraine become a NATO member - if Trump had won he would have had no reason to invade.
3. I don't think "unity" means what you think it means:

Most people in separatist-held areas of Donbas prefer reintegration with Ukraine – new survey

Published: October 14, 2019 4.46am EDT

A poll released by the Kyiv Institute of Sociology, with data gathered from 8–16 April, 41.1% of people in Donetsk were for decentralisation of Ukraine with powers transferred to regions, while letting it remain a unified state, 38.4% for changing Ukraine into federation, 27.5% were in favour of secession from Ukraine to join the Russian Federation, and only 10.6% supported current unitary structure without changes.[18]

Another poll, taken by the Donetsk Institute for Social Research and Political Analysis, found that 18.6% of those polled in the region opposed changes to the government structure, 47% favoured federalisation, or at least more economic independence from Kyiv, 27% wanted to join Russia in some form, and 5% wanted to become an independent state.[19]

According to a survey conducted by Pew Research Centre from 5–23 April, 18% of eastern Ukrainians were in favour of secession, while 70% wished to remain part of a united Ukraine.

They tend to hold the party line no matter what. They ignore what Israel found and as I mentioned in another post the Germans also busted them trying to buy fissile material......

All declared immaterial.....for ya know.... ummmmm reasons.....
Where is the link to Germans busting Iran buying fissile material? Your "mention" is hardly proof.
