She's right. It all depends on the makeup of the Supreme Court. It shouldn't but it does.

Fox Noise (and you) find that “shocking.” Of course, it’s a truism - no constitutional right is absolute. For example, libel is unlawful despite the First Amendment.

That seems to be mostly the liberal ones, though not all. It's become a tool to be used when wanted. Remember when GWB said it was nothing but a GD piece of paper.

What we should do is insist that people go back to following the constitution or be punished. If they don't like something in it they can create amendments so the law stays the law.

When they do stuff like this they should be removed from Office for breathing their Oath
They do that to military members and this governemor is fixing to learn she can't do what she's trying to do it's Unconstitutional

Since Biden has been adjudged as going against the constitution a number of times he should be removed from office for going against his oath.

Since he's not being held responsible (yet) for a lot more serious things against our country it stands to reason that they won't bother with any repercussions for what would be considered lesser infractions.
