This is an insurrection threat.

Is that the evidence for "insurrection"? No wonder no one's been charged with it. Because it's not evidence of anything that followed.
The House investigation isn't over yet. If they can show communication between the rioters and the Trump campaign related to stopping the electoral process there might just be some charges related to insurrection. Meanwhile there are charges of interfering with the election process. (obstructing an official proceeding).

The fact is that a strict reading of the law makes me wonder why nobody was charged yet...

Today, the U.S. criminal code defines sedition as part of a broad category that includes treason. The actual crime is called “seditious conspiracy.” This involves using—or planning to use—physical force against the U.S. government, as well as efforts to “seize, take, or possess” government property, or “delay the execution of any law of the United States” by force. The punishment can be up to 20 years in prison.

Over 700 charged so far.

Arthur Anderson was "certified". Rating agencies (Moody's, S&P) are "certified" and yet....

This is exactly the bootlicker argument used to promote the official predetermined narrative.

Fix the process or else lose legitimacy.

And 10's of millions of American voters. That's why the bootlickers are running scared.

Counting the fake ballots over again doesn't get the job done.

Fix the vote and get over it.
Prove the ballots were fake or that the process was not legit. You have yet to offer credible proof.

How do Trump's boots taste?

These are the same lawyers who admitted under oath that they were lying and that only stupid people could believe that what they were saying was true, and who are facing disbarment and legal charges for lying to the courts, right?
Get past the lawyers and listen to the witnesses. There is even more than that if you can still find it in these censorial times.

They spent money to host what Trump promised would be a “wild” rally and to get armed members of terrorist groups who were openly promising violence there to carry out a plan for a violent uprising which they had previously coordinated with the campaign and sympathetic members of Congress.
You writing a spy novel?

You have proof of any such plan? You'd be the only only so far to show it.

Yeah, lotsa trespassing and parading, and demonstrating and disrupting official proceedings. Not real serious, not at all organized.

Like the "witness" who overheard a supervisor at a Post Office in Erie PA say they were going to back date absentee ballots? Yeah...the guy couldn't tell us who the supervisor was or who he was talking to...but he's one of your witless witnesses.

How about the truck driver with xray vision who somehow could tell that his trailer was full of completed ballots, even though he couldn't possibly have seen in side of either the container or the envelopes. How about the witness sitting next to Rudy who had the three martini lunch before testifying what she saw...and what she thought it meant.

What do we already know?

Trump lawyers filed over 60 lawsuits attempting to get various courts to order the election to be decertified. They all failed.

Trump's lawyer then wrote up a justification and process for stopping the count of electors, having the states certify a pro-Trump slate to replace those for Biden and that would keep Trump in power.

The problem with his plan was that Pence did some research and found nothing in the constitution that would allow him to reject electors. Add John Eastman's plan to overthrow the election to the potential for a plan B which was to intimidate republican members of the House and Senate to reject electors if Pence didn't and you have the plan.

So dragging a policeman out of the building and beating and tasing him isn't real serious. Bear Spray probably no worse than soap in your eyes, right?

Not serious? "Hang Mike Pence"....yeah, they were kidding. Smashing doors and windows...just a little out of hand, right?

They disrupted the electoral process. They attempted to force the VP and Congress to decertify electors and overturn the election.
