I want to know why people aren't simply bused back to the country the came from when caught at the border. Why do they get to come into the counry and take "due process" that lasts months and years to do? Fvk international bullshit law.

They had to go through Mexico to get to that border of ours so we should just deposit them back in Mexico. Let them decide what to do with them.

We should be using our time and resources to be giving a send-off to ALL of the people with dual citizenship. If they are a citizen of this country then their allegiance is supposed to be to this country. If they also have another citizenship they should be sent there.

Dual citizenship is a normal thing. When reaching age of maturity a person is intended to choose their citizenship. That is good enough for me.

Well, well......Obama nullified by a plural. There's some angst in Chicago about his proposed $200,000,000 presidential library.... and right there in black and white is the solution.

Framer of the Fourteenth Amendments first section, John Bingham, said Sec. 1992 of U.S. Revised Statutes meant “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”​

It's understandable for minors. The fact is that a whole lot of adults have dual citizenship and they should be made to choose. There are even a lot of people in our congress who have it so I doubt that it will be addressed.

Congress decides who is a natural born citizen. To be natural born means to not have to do anything yourself as an individual to become a citizen from the moment you are born.

So, if congress passed a law saying that all 5 year old African boys are citizens of the U.S., then they are citizens but naturalized citizens. On the other other hand if congress said all boys born tomorrow 6/21/2018 between 12:01AM and 11:59PM, then all those boys would be natural born citizens. It is clear that congress decides these things whether you like it or not.

Obama was a natural born citizen because he was apparently born to a young woman that was at least 19 years old and had spent the previous 7 consecutive years living within the United States of America as a U.S. citizen. You don't have the law on your side in this matter.
