Trump fired the Navy Captain

Lying? Unreal...getting pretty desperate, eh? So you have an Admiral who's ship didn't arrive in the Indian Ocean until mid October...a month after Benghazi, but you guys push the bullshit that he was fired because he ordered his ships to respond to the attack in Benghazi in September....do you own that false claim? Nah.

Instead you want to argue the details of why that Admiral was removed from duty. His subordinate reported his actions.

Rear Adm. Charles M. Gaouette, who led Carrier Strike Group Three, which included the U.S.S. John C. Stennis, had been accused of using profanity in a public setting and making at least two racially insensitive comments, officials familiar with the investigation said.

Several officers said the complaint had been filed by Captain Ronald Reis, the commander of the Stennis, after the admiral admonished the captain for his ship-driving practices.

Feel free to apologize for calling me a liar, now that you've been proven wrong.
Damn, you sure jacking your own thread

Trump didn't fire this captain.

Trump has made a practice of firing anyone who makes him look bad. He fired the ambassador to Ukraine because some Ukrainian that Trump claims he doesn't know told him that the ambassador was not sufficiently loyal. He fired Lt.Col. Vindman because he responded to a subpoena from Congress to appear and testify.

So do you now want to argue that a lowly acting appointee would make the decision to fire the Captain of an aircraft carrier on his own? If he did, and he brought this much criticism of Trump on, he'll be replaced soon.

He's acting secretary. If Trump didn't order firing the Captain then the "acting" secretary will be fired soon.
If you really knew as much as you think you know
it wouldn't be an inch long
"lowly acting appointee" is much higher than you shall ever be

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.

The NYT - LOL! How come your first ABC link said it was a "policy disagreement?" He was pissed about Benghazi, and that is why Obama sacked him (and you know it). The character assassination was just the "cherry on top."

The ship didn't arrive on station until a month after Benghazi...so if you are suggesting he order a strike from somewhere around Guam...look into the range of an FA-18.
Regardless of where he was (and for all I know you pulled "Guam" outta yer ass), he was vocal about opposing Obama's "stand down" approach (which certainly appeared to be a political decision to support his campaign slogan "we have al Queda on the run). If you didn't have double standards, you'd have no standards at all.

Bush Dreamer
Let me remind you of the context:
The KENYAN SHOESHINE BOY didn't fire that many people. He had a gun runner and arms dealer for Attorney General.
"Gun Runner"? Same people who worked for Bush and ran Operation Wide Receiver.

The fact is that the same DOJ and ATF people in Phoenix ran both Wide Receiver and Fast and Furious. The AG was not selling guns. He also wasn't running guns across the border with Mexico. That applies to both the Bush administration and the Obama years.

Without knowing a single thing about this topic it initially sounds like fake news.

I am starting to develop a fake news "sense".
Actually it is not fake news, the Captain was removed from his command because he voiced his concern for the safety of his crew.

A note, Capt Crozier has tested positive for the virus.
